(Of course, Ball Square Fine Wines is in the business of fine wines and spirits and cannot guarantee 100% security – just using the best technology at our disposal.)

Registration

No registration is required to peruse our website or search our inventory catalogs. To receive our e-newsletters automatically you will be required to provide your name, address, email address and phone. Want to sign up for our Wine Club? You will need to provide your birthdate, name and contact information. This information is only used to follow up with you as needed or requested.

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states one day. For now, we are only legally permitted to ship within the borders of Massachusetts. That said, our e-commerce program is not yet up and running. Please bear with us in the interim.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable good. It does not like extreme temperature fluxuations. Ball Square Fine Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
