Fiore di Nonno is a small company making fresh mozzarella right here in Somerville, using milk curds from nearby Shy Brothers Farm of Westport, MA. Using time honored methods learned directly from an Italian grandfather ("nonno"), this cheese is as real as it gets. The uses for this cheese are endless, but our favorite is simply served with tomato and cucumer and drizzled with oil and balsamic vinegar for a perfect side dish to anything off the grill. Taste what you've been missing!
